Processing Time

We understand that you are excited to receive and try your items on your fur babies as soon as possible! Although all our collars and accessories are handmade one by one, they are pre-made and ready to ship*.

In general it will only takes a few days for us to dispatch your product so that you and your fur babies can enjoy the new look wit the minimum processing time!

 

Shipping within Australia

All orders made in Australia are shipped from Adelaide South Australia*. 

With Standard Shipping, it may take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. 

 

Shipping outside of Australia

Due to COVID-19, thee are delays and price increase with international shipping. Please get in touch with us via DM on Instagram @dahound.collars or email at hello@dahound.com for quotation and estimated delivery time. 

Customs duties are payable by the customer, if applicable. 

 

*Customised items can be shipped from either South Korea or Australia and may take up to 10 business days to dispatch. Please get in touch with us via hello@dahound.com for custom orders.
