Dahound martingale collars are adjustable in circumference within the range indicated below. 

Sizing For Sighthounds:

Please measure the widest part of your dog's neck. 

• Size XS fits most Italian Greyhounds
• Size S fits most Whippets
• Size M fits most Greyhounds
• Size L fits most Irish Wolfhounds and other large sighthound breeds

Sizing For Other Dog Breeds:

Please measure the widest part of your dog's neck or head to select the size following the above sizing chart. You're welcome to contact us if unsure!

Within Australia

All orders are dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia within 1-3 business days via Australia Post. 

• Standard shipping - a flat fee of $9.99
• Express shipping - a flat fee of $12.99
• Free standard shipping - for all AU orders over $150

Outside Australia

We offer international shipping mostly via Australia Post, and other courier services if appropriate. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

Shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout. Please allow a minimum 3 weeks for delivery. 

Please be aware that you may need to pay import duty or a customs entry fee before or upon receiving the order. This is not covered in the price of your order and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the fees. This is based on local legislation, so please check these details before placing international orders.

Return & Exchange

We offer size exchange if your items meet the return conditions below:

• Within 7 days of receiving your items
• Items must be in the original condition - unused, unwashed, no damage, no doggie fur/dander inside-out.

Taking care of your handmade martingale collar is easy peasy! 

Treat it gently - When it's time to freshen up your martingale collar, give it a little hand wash. Use a gentle detergent and lukewarm water to pamper it.

Hang it flat - After washing, let your collar relax and dry flat. Avoid hanging it directly under the scorching sun—it prefers some shade.

Iron with love (optional) - If your collar wants to look extra snazzy, you can give it a light ironing. Just be sure to use a low heat setting and a cloth in between to protect the design.
