Papa Kim is well-known for his craftsmanship. He handcrafted over 1,000 martingale collars over the years!
Before he was the master of martingale dog collars, he was an IT professional for his entire life. He self-taught the art of sewing many years ago, purely because he’d gotten sick of paying $10 for hemming his new pair of pants.
Our collars are designed by Mama Kim, who is a retired university lecturer and an artist. Her artistic talent is a core of our designing process.
All our materials including fabrics, hardwares, webbings and threads are handpicked by Mama Kim herself to create the best colour combination for each collar design.
Hyeju doesn’t have a particular talent in handcrafting or designing martingale collars but she does everything else.
She’s an accountant by day and runs Dahound at night. She will respond to all your queries and messages, process your orders, and walk to the post office to send out your packages, the old fashion way!
