We offer international shipping mostly via Australia Post, and other courier services if appropriate.

International shipping rate varies depending on the location and the weight of your package.

Simply add all favourite items to your cart and check out. Once you enter all shipping address at the checkout, your shipping fee will be calculated.

Delivery time varies significantly depending on the shipping addresses. Please allow minimum 3 weeks.

return & exchange

Oops, too big or too small for your hound? We understand that purchasing items online can be tricky. 

We offer size exchange if your items meet the return conditions below:

  • Within 7 days of receiving your items
  • Items must be in the original condition - unused, unwashed, no damage, no doggie fur/dander inside-out. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of both returning your item to us & shipping of the new item.

When do we not accept refund/exchange:

As a small handmade business, we do not offer refund/exchange for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • You were aware of a fault when buying the product; or
  • Damages the product by accident or by your misuse.

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately athello@dahound.comif the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you and your doggo.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace stolen package during the shipping process, as it is out of both Australia Post’s and our control.

If you believe that your item was lost or was not delivered, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Australia Post (you can use 24/7 live chat here). They will launch an investigation.
  2. Reach out to us at hello@dahound.com once the investigation is completed. We will determine what we can do for you based on the circumstances.
